1. Service Provider

KWY (kwy.uk) is a URL shortening service provided by NHostn, LTD , 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using KWY you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

KWY converts long URLs into short kwy.uk/xxxxxx links. The service is provided free of charge, without registration, and without warranty. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use KWY only for lawful purposes. You must not shorten URLs that:

• Link to malware, phishing pages, or any malicious content.
• Facilitate fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
• Distribute illegal content including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Promote hatred, violence, or discrimination based on any protected characteristic.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any short link that violates these terms without notice.

4. Delete Links

Upon creating a short link you receive a one-time delete link. This link is shown only once and is your sole mechanism for removing the link. We are unable to recover or re-issue delete links. Keep it safe.

Deleted links return HTTP 410 Gone and are permanently deactivated. Deletion does not erase the record from our database (see Privacy Policy).

5. Rate Limiting

To protect the service from automated abuse, a maximum of 10 short links may be created per IP address per hour. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent blocking of your IP address.

6. No Warranties

KWY is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, link permanence, or redirect speed. Short links may become unavailable if the service is discontinued.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NHostn, LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of KWY, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of business.

8. Abuse Reporting

To report a short link being used for malicious, illegal, or abusive purposes, contact us immediately at:

Include the full kwy.uk/xxxxxx URL in your report.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of KWY after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
