What is KWY?

KWY is a free, anonymous URL shortener available at kwy.uk. Paste any long link and receive a compact kwy.uk/xxxxxx URL instantly — no account, no email, no registration required.

Every short link comes with a private delete link shown once at creation time, giving you full control over the links you create.

How It Works

• Paste your long URL into the form on the homepage.
• KWY validates the URL and generates a unique 6-character short code.
• You receive your short link and a one-time delete link — save it.
• Anyone who visits the short link is redirected to the original destination.
• Use your delete link at any time to permanently remove the short link.

What We Collect

When you shorten a URL we store the original URL, a short code, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the creation timestamp. This data is used solely to operate the redirect service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
